Loehmann’s Plaza Photo Policy
Loehmann’s Plaza reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event hosted or presented at its shopping center without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. Loehmann’s Plaza may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Loehmann’s Plaza, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
Persons attending a Loehmann’s Plaza event who do not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should make their wishes known to the photographer, Loehmann’s Plaza personnel, and/or by contacting Loehmann’s Plaza at [email protected], in writing of their intentions and include information about the relevant event as well as identifying information so that the applicable image may be identified. In this instance, Loehmann’s Plaza will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.
By participating in an event and failing to immediately notify Loehmann’s Plaza, either in writing or verbally of your desire not to have your photograph used by Loehmann’s Plaza, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Loehmann’s Plaza, Inter-Cal Real Estate Corporation, and Creative Marketing Arts from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
